You send the contract. We read it in full, mark the clauses that are unfavourable or unclear for you, and tell you what to ask to have changed.

The other party isn't delivering. Do I have to send a letter first?

Usually yes: the law often requires you to give the other party formal notice and a deadline first. We assess whether that is needed and draft the letter.

Do you review contracts in English?
